Liberty, Missouri

I was born in Kansas and will always be a proud Jayhawk, but I have to say that I do call Missouri home now. I enjoy living in Liberty. It kind of feels like a small town, but has all the conveniences of a big city. Lawrence teaches for the district and, in my opinion, is the best 3rd grade teacher they have! I do in-home daycare and get to take care of 4 amazing kiddos every day, plus Coralyn of course. Being a stay-at-home mom is wonderful! I miss teaching and being in the classroom at times, but I wouldn't trade getting to be at home with my baby girl for the world. Lawrence and I go to Desperation Church and love being a part of such a fantastic, out of this world group of people. We host a small group in our home on Wednesdays, and those 8 other couples are down right amazing! Definitely blessed to have them in our lives. So basically, life in Liberty is good.
